We value the comfort and safety of our guests. As such, we appreciate your cooperation with our policies as listed below:
- We are a smoke free hotel. A minimum fee of $250.00 will be charged for smoking inside the hotel. This includes all forms of smoking including vaping. The manufacturing and/or the use of illegal substances will not be tolerated anywhere on our property.
- Any missing or damaged items in the room will be charged to the card on file.
- Quiet hours: 10:00pm – 9:00am
- All money, deposits and rents will be forfeited in the event of an eviction.
- This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. The management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, theft or loss due to any cause.
- It is mandatory to disclose any and all pets at the time of check-in to avoid additional charges.
- Please note that a 3.5% credit card processing fee will be applied to all payments made by credit card.
Pet Policy
Pet-Friendly rooms are charged at $30 per pet/day. Pets are not to be left unattended in the room. All pets must be on a leash or in a carrier when in any of our common areas outside the room.Guarantee/Cancellation Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your reservation. If we are unable to successfully process the card on file for at least the equivalent of one night’s stay by the morning of your arrival, your reservation may be canceled. Standard Reservations-
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before check-in will receive a refund, less the non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in, as well as no-shows, will be charged the equivalent of one night’s stay.
Incidental Fee
In an effort to preserve this historic Inn we require a refundable $75.00 deposit upon check-in to cover incidentals that may happen during your stay. Upon satisfactory inspection of the room by our housekeeping staff after check-out your deposit will be refunded to the card on file.Privacy Policy
